JETESHKRIM I SHKURTER:
Ne periudhen akademike 1995-1999, përfundoi arsimin e lartë në Universitetin e Tiranës, Fakulteti i Drejtësisë, e diplomuar për drejtësi në 08/07/1999 me notën mesatare 9,9. Ne periudhen akademike nëntor 2001 – maj 2002, diplomuar ne Universitetin e Tiranës, Fakulteti Ekonomik, Departamenti i Edukimit në Distancë, Studime Pasuniversitare në Marketingu të Avancuar.
Maj 2002 u kualifikua për provimin e Avokatise. Periudha Akademike 2005-2006 ka kryer studime pasuniversitare në Shkencat Kriminale (MASTER) në Departamentin Penal të Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, përfunduar me tezën “Aspektet juridike të institutit të përgjegjësisë penale në kuadrin e legjislacionit penal ndërkombëtar”. Ne Maj 2011 përfundoi studimet e doktoratës, duke marrë gradën shkencore “Doktor në Shkencat Penale” me disertacionin e doktoratës “Masat edukative dhe trajtimi i veçantë i të miturve në procesin penal”. Korrik 2013 ka fituar titullin “Profesor i Asociuar”.
Ne Mars 2001 – Korrik 2004 ka punuar ne Drejtorine e Përgjithshme te Doganave, specialiste në Departamentin e Operacioneve Hetuese. Ne Shtator 2001 – Korrik 2004 ka punuar ne Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Departamentin e të Drejtës Penale, pedagoge e jashtme. Ne Korrik 2004 ka filluar si pedagoge e vazhdueshme efektive në Departamentin e të Drejtës Penale të Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, e angazhuar në procesin e mësimdhënies në sistemin Bachelor dhe Master në lëndët “E Drejta Penale Ndërkombëtare”, “Drejtësia Penale për të Mitur”, “Penale Ndërkombëtare Juridiksionet dhe të Drejtat e Njeriut në Procesin Penal “. Ne Prill 2012-Dhjetor 2013 ka punuar ne Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, si Zv. Dekane për veprimtari shkencore, si dhe Drejtore e Shkollës Doktorale. Ka marre pjesë si eksperte e jashtme në një numër projektesh në fushën e korrupsionit, trafikimit të qenieve njerëzore, si dhe monitorimin e të drejtave të të miturve dhe të paraburgosurve dhe të dënuarve, si dhe ofrimin e ndihmës juridike për këtë kategori.

Academic period 1995-1999, completed higher education at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law, graduate on law on 08/07/1999 with the average grade 9.9. Academic period November 2001- May 2002, University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, Department of Distance Education, Postgraduate Studies in Advanced Marketing.
May 2002 qualified for the bar exam. Academic Period 2005-2006 postgraduate studies in Criminal Sciences (MASTER) at the Criminal Department of the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, completed with the thesis “Legal aspects of the institute of criminal responsibility in the framework of international criminal legislation”. May 2011 completed doctorate studies, obtaining the scientific degree “Doctor in Criminal Sciences” with the doctoral dissertation “Educational measures and special treatment of juveniles in the criminal process”. July 2013 earning the title “Associate Professor”.
March 2001- July 2004 General Directorate of Customs, specialist at the Investigative Operations Department. September 2001- July 2004 Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal Law, external lecturer. July 2004 and ongoing effective lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law, Tirana University, engaged in the teaching process in the Bachelor and Master system in the subjects “International Criminal Law”, ” Criminal Juvenile Justice”, “International Criminal Jurisdictions and Human Rights in Criminal Process “. April 2012-December 2013 Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, Deputy. Dean for scientific activity, as well as Director of the Doctoral School. Participated as an external expert in a number of projects in the field of corruption, trafficking in human beings, as well as monitoring the rights of juveniles and detainees and convicts, as well as providing legal assistance to this category
