Koli Bele, Pedagog dhe Doktorant pranë Departamentit të së Drejtes Penale, është diplomuar si Jurist në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Tiranës në vitin 1997, dhe ka kryer studimet pas-universitare:
LLM, Master në Drejtë Ndërkombëtare Penale në Universitetin e Sussex, Brighton, Mbretëria e Bashkuar, ( Programi Chevening Schoolarship);
MPA, Master në Administrim Publik, Fakulteti Ekonomik i UT, diplome e përbashkët me Nebraska Linkoln USA
Z. Bele ka një karrierë të pasur profesionale në institucione të ndryshme të administratës publike si: Jurist në Kontrollin e Lartë të Shtetit (1998-2002 ), Këshilltar Ligjor i Prokurorit të Përgjithshëm (2002-2005), Prokuror pranë Prokurorisë së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë (2005- 2009), Sekretar i Përgjithshëm i Ministrisë se Energjisë dhe Industrisë, dhe Ministrisë së Arsimit (2013/17 – 2019), si dhe Konsulent dhe Avokati pranë Dhomës së Avokatisë Tiranë.
Nga viti 2000 është angazhuar si pedagog i jashtëm pranë Fakultetit Juridik të UT si dhe fakultete te tjera në Shqipëri, si dhe mbajtur një angazhim konstant në jetën publike, shoqërinë civile, si dhe është përfshirë aktivisht në projekte, publikime, refererime etj, të lidhura me fushës e së drejtës.

Koli Bele, Lecturer and Doctoral student at the Department of Criminal Law, graduated as a Lawyer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana in 1997, and completed his postgraduate studies: LLM, Master in International Criminal Law at the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK, (Chevening Scholarship Program); MPA, Master in Public Administration, UT Faculty of Economics, joint degree with Nebraska Lincoln USA
Mr. Bele has a professional career in various public administration institutions such as: Lawyer in the Supreme State Audit (1998-2002), Legal Adviser to the General Prosecutor (2002-2005), Prosecutor at the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office (2005-2009), Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Industry, and the Ministry of Education (2013/17 – 2019), as well as Consultant and Advocate at the Tirana Bar Association.
Since 2000 he has been engaged as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law of UT and other faculties in Albania, and has maintained a constant commitment to public life, civil society, and has been actively involved in related projects, publications, references, etc. with the field of law. Mr. Bele is fluent in English and Italian.
