Dorina Hoxha completed her legal education at the University of Padua (Italy) in 2004 (Dottore in Giurisprudenza). In 2008 she obtained an advanced LL.M. in Master (Second level) in “International Cooperation against Transnational Financial Organized Crime” in Italy. As a researcher she completed her master thesis on “Fighting organised crime” at PAMECA in 2007. In 2008 she was e legal expert Rule of Law Program in Albania, USAID project, with main duties as coordinate technical assistance in the pilot courts including legal reform implementation. In 2013 she defended her PhD thesis on criminal law, analyzing the interaction between time and crime. She became Associated Professor in 2016 and is coauthor in different publications as the Criminal Law, General Part manual, a compulsory book at Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. For more than fifteen years she lectures the Criminal Law theory at FLUT. She is attorney at law for criminal and civil cases with an experience over 15 years and in 2019 she was awarded with the Gold Platoon from the Criminal Bar Association. She is author of many scientific articles in Albania and abroad.

Dorina Hoxha ka përfunduar studimet e larta në Drejtësi në Universitetin e Padovës (Itali) në 2004 (Doktor në Jurisprudencë). Në 2008 ka përfunduar studimet master të nivelit të dytë LL.M në Itali. Temën e masterit si kërkuese shkencore e ka përfunduar pranë PAMECA-s në 2007. Në 2008 ka punuar si eksperte ligjore në programin “Shteti ligjor” një projekt i USAID-it, me detyra kryesore si koordinimi i ndihmës teknike në gjykata pilot duke përshirë edhe zbatimin e reformës ligjore. Në 2013 ka marrë gradën shkencore “Doktor” me një temë në të drejtën penale, duke analizuar lidhjen e kohës dhe veprës penale. Ajo ka fituar gradën shkencore “Profesor i asociuar” në 2016 dhe është bashkëautore në publikime të ndryshme si “E drejta penale, Pjesa e përgjithshme”, një libër i detyrueshëm në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës. Mbi 15 vjet ajo jep leksione në lëndën “E drejta penale, Pjesa e përgjithshme”. Ajo është avokate në çeshtjet civile dhe penale me një eksperience mbi 15 vjet dhe në vitin 2019 ajo ka fituar çmimin “Toga e artë” nga Shoqata e Avokatëve Penalistë. Ajo është autore e disa artikujve shkencorë brenda dhe jashtë vendit.

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Iv Rokaj , eshte diplomuar në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, me një Diplomë të Integruar të Nivelit të Dytë (Master i Shkencave në Drejtësi), me Medalje te Arte. Ai është një lektor me përvojë me një histori të demonstruar të punës si pedagog prane Fakultetit te Drejtesise dhe si avokat. Fusha e specialitetit fokusohet në të Drejtën Penale, të Drejtën Ndërkombëtare, Ndihmë Ligjore dhe Kërkime Ligjore. Dr. Iv Rokaj LL.Mka mbrojtur titullin Doktor Shkencash prane Fakultetit te Drejtesise ne Universitetin e Tiranes, si dhe një Master(LL.M) në të Drejtën Penale në Universitetin Shtetëror te New York, SHBA. Gjatë karrierës së tij ai ka punuar si Pedagog i së Drejtës Penale te Pergjithshme, te Drejtes Penale Ndërkombëtare Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës; Pedagog i së Drejtës Penale dhe e Drejta Penale te Krahasuar në Albanian University, Tiranë. Ai është anëtar themelues i Studios Ligjore “Rokaj & Partners”, si dhe anëtar i bordeve të ndryshëm, si Bordi Mbikëqyrës në Regjistrin Detar Shqiptar, Anëtar i Bordit Te Keshillit Mbikëqyrës në UKT sha, Anëtar i Këshillit të Përgjithshëm të Dhomës se Avokatisë, Shqipëri. Ai gjithashtu ka marre pjesë në konferenca të ndryshme kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare dhe është i Licencuar prane Drejtorisë Shqiptare të Pronësisë Industriale.

Ph.D Iv Rokaj LL.M, graduated at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, with an Integrated Diploma of the Second Level (Master of Science in Law) GPA 10.0 out of 10.0. He is an experienced Lecturer of Law with a demonstrated history of working as a Faculty Professor and as a lawyer. Skilled in Criminal Law, International Law, Policy Analysis, Legal Assistance and Legal Research. He is a strong education professional with a PhD focused in Criminal Law and an LL.M in Criminal Law at the SUNY Buffalo Law School, The State University of New York, USA. During his career he worked as Lecturer of Substantive Criminal Law and International Criminal Law ate the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana; Lecturer of Criminal Law and Comparative Criminal Law at Albanian University, Tirana; Lecturer of Criminal Law and Comparative Criminal Law at Albanian University, Albania. He is a founding member of the “Rokaj& Partners” Law Firm, as well as a member of different board as the Supervising Board at the Albanian Register of Shipping, Member of the Supervisory Board at UKT sha, Member of the General Council of the Chamber of Advocacy, Albania. He also participated in various national and international conferences and is a Licensed Trademark Attorney at the Albanian Directorate of Industrial Property.

Prof. Altin Shegani, was born on January 13, 1972 in the city of Berat. Maj 2002 u kualifikua për provimin e Avokatise. Periudha Akademike 2005-2006 ka kryer studime pasuniversitare në Shkencat Kriminale (MASTER) në Departamentin Penal të Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, përfunduar me tezën “Aspektet juridike të institutit të përgjegjësisë penale në kuadrin e legjislacionit penal ndërkombëtar”. Prof. Asoc. Dr. Klodjan Skenderaj ka përfunduar me rezultate maksimale (110/110) studimet universitare në vitin 2005, pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Gjenoves, Itali. Në vitin 2013 ka përfunduar studimet e doktoratës në fushën e së drejtës së procedurës penale. Prej vitit 2016 mban titullin “Profesor i Asociuar”.
Që prej vitit 2008 e në vazhdim është pedagog i lëndës “Procedurë Penale” pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Tiranës e prej vitit 2015 e në vazhdim është pedagog edhe në lëndën “Ekzekutimi i Vendimeve Penale” në këtë fakultet.
Është autor i librit “Ekzekutimi i Vendimeve Penale”, literaturë për studentët në Master Shkencor Penal dhe Master Profesional Penal, në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Tiranës. Prej vitit 2018 e në vazhdim është ekspert pranë Shkollës së Magjistraturës në Programin e Trajnimit Vazhdues. Gjithashtu është angazhuar si ekspert dhe në projekte të shoqatave të ndryshme me fokus ligjin procedurial penal dhe atë material. Prej shtatorit 2020 është anëtar i Senatit Akademik të Universitetit të Tiranës. In 2013 he completed his PhD Programme in Criminal Procedural Law. He holds the title “Associate Professor” since 2016. From 2008 onwards he is a lecturer of the course “Criminal Procedure” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana and from 2015 onwards he is also a lecturer in the course “Execution of Criminal Decisions” in this faculty.
He is the author of the book “Execution of Criminal Decisions”, literature for students in Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Master of Professional Studies in Criminal Justice at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana.From 2018 onwards he is an expert at the School of Magistrates in the Continuing Training Program. He has also been engaged as an expert in projects of various associations focusing on Criminal Procedural Law and Material Law. From September 2020 he is a member of the Academic Senate of the University of Tirana. He is the author of a large number of scientific papers presented at national and international scientific conferences, as well as scientific articles published in national and international scientific journals..

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Lirime Çukaj lindur më 17.02.1975. Përfundon shkollën e Mesme e Përgjithshme “Zyrhana Xhako”, Ballaban-Permet në vitet 1988-1992. Ndjek studimet dhe diplomohet ne Fakultetin e Infermierisë, Universiteti “Fan.S.Noli”Korcë në vitin 1994 – 1998. Ndjek studimet pranë Universitetit të Tiranës, Fakulteti Juridik, në vitin 2001-2005. Studimet e thelluara pas –universitare (SHPU-MASTER, i nivelit të dytë, në vitin 2006-Dhjetor 2008. Nga viti 2014 e ne vijim ushtron profesion i lire si avokate.

Mrs. Cukaj was born in 17 February 1975. Graduated in high school “ Zyrhana Xhako Balabam, Permet at 1988-1992. Studies and graduated in Nursing Faculty, University “ Fans S. Noli”, Korce at 1994-1998. Follows up studies at Faculty of Law University of Tirana at 2001-2005. Postgraduate studies (second level MASTER) at 2006-2008. From 2009 to 2014, doctoral studies at the Criminal Department, Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. Upon completion of the studies she was awarded with the doctoral degree. On 2016, she gain the Associate Professor title. She has a long experience in her profession, starting as Lawyer in the Department of Connections between Banking Unions and Private Businesses, from march 2004- august 2005. She proceeds as Assistant attorney at law firm, “N & H & P”, from September 2005 to July 2006. From September 2005 to July 2006, Lawyer at private firm “Ferrar ltd.”, various engineering construction activities. Specialist in the Consular Service of Albanian Embassy in Athens, from September 2006 to June 2008. Inspector-lawyer at Restitution and Compensation Agency Tirana, Appeal Division, from January 2009 to October 2009. From October 2009 onwards full-time lecturer in the Criminal Department, Faculty of Law, Tirana University. From 2014 takes the lawyers attorneys license.

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Skerdian Kurti, nga muaji tetor 2008 e në vazhdim është pedagog efektiv pranë Departamentit të së Drejtes Penale, Fakulteti i Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës.
Lëndët ku është angazhuar në mësimëdhënie janë: E drejta penale (pjesa e posaçme), Penologji – Kriminologji, Ekonomia dhe kriminaliteti, Politika penale evropiane dhe Drejtësia restauruese, Viktimologji.

Në vitin 2015, me Vendimin nr. 51 datë 06.11.2015 të Këshillit të Profesorëve të Fakultetit të Drejtësisë (UT) fiton titullin Profesor i Asociuar.
Në vitin akademik 2008/2009 deri 2010/2011 ka ndjekur dhe ka përfunduar studimet e shkollës së doktoraturës (PHD), pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Pavisë (Itali) në “Drejtësia penale, drejtësia ndërkombëtare, dhe të drejtat themelore”.
Në vitin akademik 2004/2005 deri në 2005/2006 ka përfunduar studimet e ciklit të dytë Master Shkencor Penal, pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Pavisë (Itali).
Në vitin akademik 2001/2002 deri në 2003/2004 ka përfunduar studimet e ciklit të parë Bachelor në Shkencat Juridike, pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Pavisë (Itali).
Në vitin akademik 1997/1998 deri në 2000/2001 ka përfunduar studimet për Financë në Fakultetin Ekonomik të Universitetit të Tiranës (sistemi i vjetër 4 vjeçar).
Ka marrë pjesë në një sërë konferencash shkencore kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare dhe ka botuar artikuj të ndryshëm në fushën e drejtësisë penale, kriminologjisë, krimit ekonomik, mbrojtjes së të drejtave të të dënuarve dhe ekzekutimit të vendimeve penale.

Ai ka qenë anëtar i Këshillit Shkencor të Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Tiranës (2002-2004).

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Rezarta Demneri është diplomuar në vitin 2004 me rezultate të larta pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës (FDUT). Në vitet 2006 dhe 2007 ka zhvilluar studimet pasuniversitare në dy programe studimi “Master i Nivelit të Dytë” pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Bolonjës. Në vitin 2014, fitoi gradën shkencore “Doktor” pranë FDUT-së me tezë disertacioni të titulluar “Përgjegjësia Penale e Mjekut – Aspekte Krahasuese me Normativën Penale Italiane”, vlerësuar me 100/100. Ka kryer studimet postdoktorale në të drejtë penale dhe të drejtë biomjekësore pranë Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche, Università di Bologna, Itali (2017, 2019) dhe pranë Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Gjermani (2018). Në korrik 2021 ka fituar titullin akademik “Profesor i Asociuar” për kontributin në fushën e së drejtës penale dhe atë biomjekësore. Është autore, ndër të tjera, e dy monografive shkencore titulluar “E Drejta për të Përfituar Kujdes Shëndetësor – Një Qasje Ndërdisiplinore” (2021) dhe “Përgjegjësia Penale e Mjekut nga Pakujdesia në Mjekim në Perspektivën e së Drejtës së Krahasuar” (2021). Prof. Asoc. Dr. Rezarta zhvillon mësimdhënien pranë FDUT-së në lëndët “E Drejtë Penale (pjesa e posaçme)” prej vitit 2008, “E Drejtë Biomjekësore” prej vitit 2014 (Titullare) dhe “Metoda të Kërkimit Shkencor” prej vitit 2012 (Titullare). Zotërimi i njohurive të avancuara të gjuhës italiane dhe asaj angleze, i mundësojnë të konceptojë dhe të zhvillojë produkte kërkimore – shkencore në tre gjuhë. Që prej shtator 2014, ajo është e angazhuar si recensente shkencore e punimeve të parashtruara pranë Revistës Shqiptare Social-Ekonomike.

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Rezarta Demneri holds a Jurist degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana (FDUT, 2004) and two 2nd level Master’s degrees at the University of Bologna in “International Jurists” (2006) and “Tax Law A. Berliri” (2007). In 2014, she was awarded a Ph.D. degree with a dissertation thesis on “The Criminal Liability of the Physician – Comparative Perspectives with the Italian Regulation”, with an evaluation of 100/100. She has been a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Juridical Sciences at the University of Bologna (2017, 2019) as well as at the Europa – Institut, University of Saarland (2018) focusing on criminal law and medical law. Rezarta has been a full-time Lecturer of criminal law at FDUT since 2008 and was awarded on July 2021 the academic title “Associated Professor” (Prof. Asoc.) for her contribution in the field of criminal law and medical law. Prof. Asoc. Dr. Rezarta Demneri has authored several scientific papers as well as two monographs published in 2021 titled “The right to healthcare: An interdisciplinary approach” and “A comparative law perspective on the criminal liability of the physician from medical negligence”.
The main areas of research interest and publications of Prof. Asoc. Dr. Demneri pertain to comparative criminal law and medical law, this last being introduced by her in 2014 as a non-compulsory course in the Bachelor Program at FDUT. Since September 2014, she has been engaged in the peer-review process for the “Albanian Socio-Economic Review” (Tirana, Albania) and also teaches Scientific Research Methods at FDUT. Besides her native language, Prof. Asoc. Dr. Rezarta Demneri is fluent in English and in Italian and has participated in several international training courses and seminars abroad.

Ai është autor i disa referateve shkencore të mbajtura në konferenca shkencore, kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare, si dhe i disa botimeve shkencore të publikuara në revista shkencore brenda dhe jashtë vendit, duke marrë pjesë gjithashtu edhe në tryeza mbi diskutimet e Reformës në Drejtësi.
Më datë 01.05.2004 ka filluar punë si asistent avokat në zyrën avokatore të Av. Massimo Pisani në Romë me të cilën, që prej vitit 2003, kishte marrdhënie pune lidhur me aktivitetin e tij si përkthyes i gjuhës italiane.
Që prej nëntorit të vitit 2005 ka filluar punë si Pedagog i brendshëm në Departamentin e të Drejtës Penale, në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Tiranës, pranë të cilit vazhdon të japë kontributin e tij.
Nga Janari i vitit 2006 deri në tetor të vitit 2008 ka punuar si përkthyes zyrtar (i jashtëm) për gjuhën italiane pranë Ministrisë së Drejtësisë në Shqipëri.
Në shkurt të vitit 2006 ka marrë titullin për ushtrimin e profesionit të avokatit në Shqipëri dhe që prej asaj periudhe ushtron profesionin e avokatit, duke përfaqësuar në gjykim kryesisht çështje penale, civile, kontraktore dhe tregtare. Që prej muajit janar 2014, ka marr të drejtën e përfaqësimit në gjykim për të tre shkallët e gjykimit.
Gjatë periudhës Mars 2012 – Qershor 2016 ka shërbyer si Zëvendës Dekan i Fakultetit të Drejtësisë të Universitetit të Tiranës.
Ai njeh në mënyrë perfekte gjuhën italiane dhe atë angleze.

Il 07.04.2004 inizia il tirocinio della professione di avvocato, con conseguente assunzione presso lo Studio Legale Pisani, in Roma.
Novembre 2005 inizia la sua attività lavorativa come Docente presso il Dipartimento di Diritto Penale, nella Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell’ Università di Tirana, dove continua tutt’ ora a dare il suo contributo professionale.
A lavorato come interprete della lingua italiana, presso il Ministero della Giustizia della Repubblica dell’ Albania.

Profesor Ervin Karamuço ka përfunduar në Vitin 2000 studimet e larta për Drejtësi në Universitetin e Tiranës dhe më pas ka ndjekur studimet pasuniversitare Master dhe Doktoraturë pranë Institutin të Studimeve Evropiane, ku ka mbrojtur temat shkencore në fushat e krimit të organizuar dhe të drejtave të njeriut, në kuadër të çështjeve të integrimit evropian. Në vitin 2016 ka fituar titullin Profesor i Asociuar. Z. Ervin Karamuço ka një eksperiencë të gjatë si funksionar i lartë shtetëror pranë Avokatit të Popullit, duke mbajtur funksione si Zv. Komisioner, Drejtor Kabineti dhe Drejtues i Mekanizmit Kombëtar të Parandalimit të Torturës. Për rezultatet e larta në punën e tij, të vlerësuara edhe nga organizatat ndërkombëtare, në zbulimin, hetimin dhe parandalimin e rasteve të torturës në burgje dhe polici, si dhe per kontributin nderkombetar ne luften kunder trafikimit te paligjshem te emigranteve dhe familjeve te tyre, është dekoruar nga Presidenti i Republikës me titullin “Për Merita të Veçanta Civile”, si dhe eshte shpallur “Qytetar Nderi” i Shtetit te Zakatekas ne Meksike. Ai ka qënë i angazhuar si Këshilltar i Presidentit të Republikës për çështjet e krimit të organizuar dhe korrupsionit, si dhe Këshilltar pranë Kontrollit të Lartë të Shtetit për çështje të korrupsionit dhe performancës së administratës publike. Gjithashtu ka ushtruar detyrën e Drejtuesit të Njësisë Kombëtare kundër Korrupsionit në Shqipëri, të ngritur nga Transparency International me seli në Berlin Gjermani. Ai gëzon gjithashtu një eksperiencë të gjatë të aktivitetit mësimdhënës në universitete brenda dhe jashtë vendit ne fushen e politikave penale, kriminologjise, penologjise, kriminalistikes dhe profilizimit kriminal. Ai është autor i shumë punimeve shkencore në fushën publike dhe penale, udhëheqës shkencor i diplomave master dhe doktoratur brenda dhe jashte vendit, si dhe ka qënë drejtues institucional programesh Erasmus dhe aktualisht anëtar i dy rrjeteve shkencore evropiane financuar nga Komisioni Evropian për çështjet penale. Ai ka kryer nje sere speciliazimesh te tjera ne SHBA dhe disa vende Evropiane per ceshtje te sigurise publike dhe drejtesise penale.  Që prej vitit 2015, ai ushtron detyrën e pedagogut me kohë të plotë, fillimisht pranë Universitetit “A. Moisiu” Durrës dhe aktualisht pranë Departamentit Penal të Fakultetit të Drejtësisë në Universitetin e Tiranës.

Professor Ervin Karamuço completed his universities studies in Law at the University of Tirana in 2000 and then pursued postgraduate studies for Master and PhD at the Institute of European Studies, where he defended scientific topics in the fields of organized crime and human rights, in the context of European integration issues. In 2016 he earned the title of Associate Professor. Mr. Ervin Karamuço has a long experience as a senior state official at the People’s Advocate, holding functions as Deputy Commissioner, Cabinet Director and Head of the National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture. Due to his high results in his work, praised even by international organizations, in detecting, investigating and preventing cases of torture in prisons and the police, he was decorated by the President of the Republic with the title “For Special Civil Merit” and by Zacatecas State of Mexico as ” Distinguished Citizen”. Professor Karamuço is a civil society activist on constitutional and criminal justice issues. He has been engaged as an Adviser to the President of the Republic on issues of organized crime and corruption, as well as Adviser to the Supreme State Audit on issues of corruption and public administration performance. He has also served as Head of the National Anti-Corruption Unit in Albania set up by Transparency International based in Berlin Germany. He also has a long experience of teaching in universities in Albania and abroad, in Criminology, Penology and Criminal Profile. He is the author of many scientific papers in the field of public and criminal law, scientific leader of many master diplomas and Phd Research, and has been the institutional director of Erasmus programs and a member of two European scientific networks on criminal topics, financed by European Commission .He has completed a number of other specializations in the US and several European countries on issues of public safety and criminal justice. Since 2015, he has been a full-time lecturer, initially at the University “A. Moisiu ” Durrës and currently at the Penal Department of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana.

Dr. Ivas Konini completed his higher studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law, graduated (Integrated Diploma of the Second Level) lawyer in July 2010, grade point average 9.9, defended the diploma topic “Eavesdropping”. On October 30, 2011 qualified in the bar exam, with license number 5100. In September 2016 she completed his third cycle doctoral studies, obtaining the scientific degree “Doctor” in criminal law with the doctoral dissertation thesis “Structural features and legal instruments of the preliminary investigation. “Eavesdropping as an important means of seeking evidence during the investigation process.” She is in the process of earning the title “Associate Professor”. From November 2011 onwards she is an effective lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of UT, engaged in the teaching process in the Bachelor system in the subjects “Criminal Law, General Part” and “Penology – Criminology”. Prof. Asoc. Dr. Etlon Peppo ka përfunduar me rezultate të larta studimet universitare në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës në vitin 2011.

Në vitin 2017 ka përfunduar studimet e doktoratës në fushën e të drejtës penale në Universitetin e Tiranës dhe ka marrë gradën shkencore “Doktor i Shkencave Juridike”. Prej vitit 2024, mban titullin “Profesor i Asociuar”.

Fushat e tij të kërkimit shkencor përfshijnë të drejtën penale, të drejtën penale ndërkombëtare dhe drejtësinë penale për të mitur.

Karrierën akademike e ka filluar në vitin 2011 dhe prej vitit 2019 e në vazhdim, është lektor pranë Departamentit së të Drejtës Penale në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, UT.

Është autor i punimeve të shumta shkencore të referuara në konferenca shkencore kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare, si dhe artikujve shkencorë të publikuar në revista shkencore kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare brenda fushës së tij të interesit.

Associate Professor Etlon Peppo graduated with high honors from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 2011.

In 2017, he completed his doctoral studies in the field of criminal law at the University of Tirana and earned the academic degree of “Doctor of Legal Sciences.” Since 2024, he holds the title of “Associate Professor.”

His research areas include criminal law, international criminal law, and juvenile criminal justice.

He began his academic career in 2011, and since 2019, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

He is the author of numerous scientific papers presented at national and international scientific conferences, as well as scientific articles published in national and international journals within his field of interest.

He has been licensed as a lawyer by the Albanian Bar Association since 2014 and is licensed as an authorized representative by the General Directorate of Industrial Property.

Valbona Ndrepepaj has graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, in the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, Albania, with honors. Right from the time she finished her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, she continuously focused on scientific research by participating in many national and international conferences at home or abroad. Education: During the period 2013-2015, I have completed the Study Program “Master of Sciences” in “Technical, Literary Translation, and Interpretation”, English Language Branch, Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana. My excellent achievements won me the “Golden Medal”. During the period 2007-2011, I have completed the Integrated Diploma of the Second Level (DIND), Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

Experience: Since October of 2011, I have been working as a full-time pedagogue of Criminology and Penology, Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, Tirana (Albania).

Since the academic year 2012-2013 I have become part of the PhD Program in Tirana, Albania.

I am a co-translator of “The History of the United States of America” (“Historia e Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës”), (English-Albanian), published by The International Center of Culture “Arbnori”, Tirana, 2010. I am a co-translator of Lucy M. Montgomery’s ANNE OF GREEN GABLES (English-Albanian), published by ALBAS Publishing House, Tirana, 2019.

Since 2011 I have participated in several National and International Scientific Conferences and trainings organized by OSCE and Erasmus +.

From the time she finished her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she focused in scientific research, participating in many national and international conferences inside or outside the country. Dr. Genada Taho

Genada Taho ka përfunduar studimet në vitin 2010 pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, ku është pajisur me një Diplomë të integruar të Nivelit të Dytë (Master i Shkencave në Drejtësi). Në vitin 2013 ka përfunduar studimet Bachelor në degën Financë-Bankë. Prej vitit 2011 është anëtare e Dhomës Kombëtare të Avokatisë dhe mban titullin “Avokat”.

Në vitin 2019 ka marrë gradën shkencore “Doktor” pranë Departamentit të së Drejtës Penale.

Karriera e saj akademike ka filluar si pedagoge me kohë të pjesshme në Departamentin e të Drejtës Penale të Universitetit të Tiranës, në vitin 2012. Genada Taho graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, with an integrated Diploma of the Second Level (Master of Science in Law). In 2013, she completed her Bachelor’s studies in Finance-Banking. Since 2011, she is a member of National Chamber of Advocacy with the title “Lawyer”.

In 2019, she received the “Doctorate” degree at the Department of Criminal Law.

Her academic career started in 2012 as a part-time lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law, University of Tirana. Alban Koci graduated in Law, at the University “Aldo Moro” in Bari (Italy), in 2004 (Doctor of Jurisprudence).

During 2004-2007 he practiced as an assistant lawyer in the city of Bari. In 2005 he cooperated with the Studio “Braka & Associates” in Tirana. In 2008 he started working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in the subject of Forensics, and later, in 2011, he is one of the founders of the Law Clinic, responsible for the criminal department.

In 2014 he received the scientific degree “Doctor”, in the field of Legal Clinic, with the topic: “Clinical Legal Education, as an integral part of legal education. Comparative view “.

Since 2016 he is in charge of the Anti-Corruption Program, which takes place at the Law Clinic.

Pas perfundimit te studimeve master eshte angazhuar si pedagoge e jashtme ne kete Fakultet per rreth 2 vjet. Xhei Çeliku ka lindur në 13.04.1999. Ka përfunduar me rezultate të shkëlqyera shkollën e mesme. Arsimin e lartë e ka kryer pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë së Universitetit të Tiranës në ciklin e parë të studimeve “Bachelor” dhe në ciklin e dytë “Master I Shkencave” në të drejtë Penale. Ka kryer studimet Master pranë Fakultetit të Shkencave Sociale së Universitetit të Tiranës në “Administrimi I Institucioneve Sociale në Sistemin e Drejtësisë”. Të treja ciklet e studimit I ka përfunduar me mesatare 10 dhe është mbajtës I tre “Medaljeve të Arta”.

Kontributin shkencor e ka materializuar me publikimin e disa artikujve shkencorë si autor ose bashkëautor në tema si: Regjimi juridik i sekretit professional; Mbrojtja e jetës private të viktimës së veprës penale; E drejta penale dhe rendi publik etj. Short biography in English

Xhei Çeliku received his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Master’s degree in Criminal Law, summa cum laude, from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. He also holds a Master’s degree in “Administration of Social Institutions in the Justice System” from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana, summa cum laude.

His research focuses on how the law, especially criminal law, can be administered in a fair and efficient manner. After completing law school, Xhei worked at the Albanian Parliament and the High State Control as a lawyer. He has also been involved in several projects as an expert for national and international organizations such as OSCE, NDI, UNFPA, POINT, USAID, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, GIZ, and others.

He has made significant scientific contributions through the publication of several articles, either as an author or co-author, covering topics such as the legal regime of professional secrecy, protection of the private life of victims of criminal offenses, criminal law and public order, and more.

Since March 2023, he has been a full-time Lecturer at the Criminal Department of the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.
